I deleted both and was able to restart trial. How exactly did you do that? Application writes: “We cannot offer you a new trial because a trial period has already been requested from this mac.
I tried: 1. I installed a new version 2. I created a new account through paralles 4. I was logged in and reported that I had tried.
Deleting all remains of Parallels in those folders fixed it for me. Latest versions as of writing this. Could you share the steps? Download up to date version of Parallels 2.

Ok, so basically I wanted to have Windows to be able to play Magic the Gatering Arena since it’s not available yet on Mac. Instead of simulating internal Windows logic like a virtual machine or emulator, Wine translates Windows API calls into POSIX calls on-the-fly, eliminating the performance and memory penalties of other methods and allowing you to cleanly integrate Windows applications into your desktop. Try to remove entries at defaults.
It worked for me. Tried this and almost worked but when I clicked the “start 14 day trial” button the program told me that this Mac has already requested the free trial. Is there something im not doing? This worked by performing the mentioned steps and then changing the system date to February. You might not even need to chmod after switching to root and directly execute all the rm commands.
Still getting “this Mac has already been registered”. What exactly did you do? Just run the script? Modifiying the system time as someone above mentioned? Creating a new VM? I don’t know why I tried for 5 times, and it unfortunately didn’t work for me So the best alternative solution I found is this one. I hope I could help someone! If you you are not need in full Windows, you can use Wine instead. I want to play in Stronghold Crusade and it works great for me! Run it with sudo. It doesn’t work for me too :. OhEssex Oct 14 Years ago, when overnight Parallels changed their policy from two allowable computers per user to only one, I got forced into buying another license that day so I could use it at my work location. I was livid, and swore I’d never give that company another cent. They could have grandfathered in existing users, but they didn’t. A well deserved pox on that miserable company.
