I attempted to get assistance with the quickbooks premier but they told me because of the new they could no longer assist me with it because it was out of warranty. I still cannot get help on upgrading from Premier to Premier. Because I uploaded this software now I cannot go back to the previous version.

I have tried the community board suggestions to no avail it still will not upload my previous company file. I have install, uninstall reinstall over and over again it gives me error code after error code and Quickbook support will not tell me what any of the error codes mean.

Steer clear of their products I wish I would have known prior to me wasting the large sum of money and have no access to my data in the previous file. My review is really no stars because all they do is take your money but do not deliver on the upgrade product or support.
