I’ve downloaded and installed the ARM64 Preview build. VHDX and due to install issues, have repeated the process a few times, including creating new virtual machines, and in the process have misplaced the activation key. Attachments: Up to 10 attachments including images can be used with a maximum of 3. I dont understand why all features of the ARM preview are not available. To personalize it and see how it works i need to activate it and i cant.
I would like someone from Microsoft to address this issue and respond to why all features are not available unless its activated. I mean this seems dumb as home users like me will be testing this preview build too. Did you get insider activation key when you register it? This did not work for me, probably because there is a different key for the ARM64 preview release, and yes, I did receive the product key originally and when I activated then, it worked.
But, as a result of troubleshooting and reinstall, I misplaced the product key that I had access to at that time, so when I did the reinstall, it is now reporting that there is not a valid product key with the installation that now appears to be working except for the activation message.
